Kolmac Outpatient Recovery, Mountain Manor Treatment Center, Tuerk House, Reflective Treatment Center, and Helping l-Up Mission provide services for substance abuse treatment, which include cognitive behavioral therapy and spiritual recovery. This study is conducted by using the case study method that allows an examination of the infracture of the agency’s mission, program implementation, and available data of effectiveness. The overall goal of this program evaluation is to enhance the knowledge of substance abuse treatment services and identify the current gaps needed to improve substance abuse treatment advocacy.
