clothes patterns and Lectra Modaris to help with file conversion

We have clothes patterns in ".dxf" format and the factory requires them in a format which works with Lectra Modaris. I believe this should be .mdl Need someone experienced in this area who can help. (Budget: $30 – $250 AUD, Jobs: 3D Modelling, CAD/CAM, Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Solidworks)
